What is needed on this planet right now is a shift in consciousness.
You turning your awareness inward, resting into the stillness of your soul is helpful for everyone around you.Â
The one mind we all share is affected by every thought you think.Â
You focusing on gratitude, love and appreciation, not only benefits you, but it helps others to remember their connection too.Â
You know when someone is in a bad mood and how you don’t want to be around them? It’s like you can just feel it. Likewise, you being in your peace draws others inward to their soul.
Fortunately, it doesn’t take much to shift your consciousness. Observing your mind (but not the thoughts) and introducing your meditation technique synchronizes your brain hemispheres. It’s a mechanical, reliable process.
So let’s try something practical. What I’d like you to do is to be a scientist.
I’d like you to conduct an experiment where once a week, you decide to prove to yourself that you can experience your soul. Not just a little, but a lot.
What this means is that you carve out a good block of time to sit down to meditate, like 90 minutes, but tell yourself that you won’t be done until your state shifts radically.Â
What this feels like, you don’t have to know in advance, as you’ll “just know”.  It doesn't mean you can’t get up to eat or go to the washroom. But it means that you sit back down and continue until you “just know”. That’s the point.
And when you’re done and many of the qualities of the soul seem real and accessible, then you need to tell someone about it. Or make some artwork to commemorate it. Every scientist needs to record their work.
Then live your life, taking the lightness of the soul through your day.Â
This is how you will shift the consciousness on the planet and benefit handsomely in the process.
