Be present in a world of chaos

This goes far beyond

mere calm

Peace is entirely different than calm.

Calm is nice.  But limiting compared to what you could have.

Calm comes from the level of the body 💪

It’s the eternal, timeless aspect of your larger self.

No, you can’t measure this “larger self” in a lab.  Infinite “things” cannot be measured.

But you can refine your awareness of it.  It’s definitely real.

Wouldn’t it be interesting to have an experience of something larger—

instead of a roller coaster of emotions and an internal jail cell of repetitive thoughts?

17 ways this meditation format is different

  • It’s in the self-transcending family of meditation, which is unlike mindfulness or Vipassana

  • You sit comfortably in chairs, not on the floor, nor in stress-inducing rigid postures

  • There’s no focusing on breath, thoughts, energy, objects, nor sensations

  • It’s affordably by donation, without hidden charges nor endless upgrades

  • It’s understandable, so you can feel confident about what you’re doing and where you’re going

  • It’s sustainable, because it’s gentle, effortless, and natural

  • It’s customized to you, by you, and is not one-size-fits-all

  • It’s time-efficient, taking you further than expected

  • It’s charming to the mind at ever deeper levels, so you can’t get bored
clear blue body of water

  • It’s usable anytime, with eyes open, even in pressure situations, when you need it the most

  • It pulls the power of gratitude, love, and appreciation into your mind and your day

  • It’s healing, undoing three root stresses of our modern life

  • It balances the mind and heart, making you as lovable as you are intelligent, or vice versa

  • It’s deep, so that there’s no glossing over the really important yet tricky stuff

  • It’s taught by an expert  a former monk, and goes far beyond putting attention on the breath, visualization, or concentration

  • It’s free of religious ties, gurus, or hooks to join an organisation

  • And it’s empowering, designed to make you free from the teacher

Refreshing, isn’t it?

You can relieve the tech stress overload on your mind and body

anytime you want

there’s no need to wait one second for your relief

Even if your thoughts are

These are not your fate.

No matter the family history reasons.

Nor the medical reasons.

You were born to have peace in your mind and heart

because of what you are.

Afraid your neurodivergent, ADHD thought patterns

won’t cooperate?

No need to worry, this is a completely different way to quiet the mind.

...and your ADHD mind stills.

You experience the super-conscious state that is already a part of you.

This state is where you experience creativity, clarity, self love, confidence, fullness, joy-for-no-reason, feelings of connection, healing, and so much more.

This isn’t work.  Synchronizing your brain hemispheres is effortless.

It can uncork all these wonderful qualities because the super-conscious state is not a separate thing from you.

What about intense emotions and dark thoughts?

Believe it or not, these are not your fate

no matter how long they’ve been hanging around.

And you don’t need head drugs to “manage“ them.

When you use the incredible power of your mind as it was meant to be used, intense emotions and dark thoughts cease to be nourished, cease to be front-and-center.

They’re replaced by qualities at the root of who you are:

Lightness, clarity, joy-for-no-reason, creativity, connection, timelessness.

Yes, the very same qualities you had when you were innocent.

(Before the thinking habit took over.)

Curious?  Skeptical?  Try a completely different way to meditate that doesn’t wither at the “tough stuff”.

Frequently asked questions

Not religious in any way.  This is not about adopting new beliefs or referencing religious thought.

Great care is put into this teaching to make it as accessible and useful as possible.

Yet if you are religious, this practice will not conflict with your faith or beliefs.  Rather it will enhance them.

In other words, you will have the inner spiritual experiences that you’ve often heard about.

This is entirely different from mindfulness.

Broadly speaking, mindfulness is a finite-based meditation practice, while this is an infinite-based meditation practice.  The two are worlds apart.

Mindfulness is something that can be taught in 10 seconds by a 10 year old:  “Put your awareness on your breath.  Bring it back to the breath.”  Or:  “Put your awareness on the sensation in your hands.  Bring it back to the hands.”  Or:  “...on the sounds in the environment,” the object doesn't matter.

This creates breath consciousness.  Or body consciousness.  Completely different from infinite consciousness.

Mindfulness is accessible because it is simplistic.   Yet it is not sustainable as a skill-for-life because the mind will bore from it.  As it does from any finite thing.

Broadly speaking, most meditation practices are finite-based and completely miss the infinite.  Most fall back on spiritual theater to compensate.

No.  Not difficult at all!

Most traditions believe it’s inherently difficult to experience the super conscious state.  It’s not.

It’s a natural extension of you, so it should be natural and effortless to reconnect with it.  That’s just logic and it will be your experience too.

Anyone who says otherwise hasn’t had a clear, concise, efficient teaching to guide them.  They are perpetuating the narrative that was passed down to them.  (You’d be surprised to know that within a tradition, questioning the narrative is frowned upon... and so here we are.)

No.

No worship, no devotion, no specialness.  This training is clean—there’s no hooks to follow a leader or join an organization.

It’s about empowering you to be independent from the trainer so that you can live your life freely.

Read the manifesto for what meditation should and shouldn’t be.

This still works for you;  you can still learn it.

You don’t need a religion to rest back into the stillness of your soul.

You don’t need the tediousness of dry meditation either.

This is Infinite-based meditation.  Or super-consciousness-based.  Or soul-based.

You can experience the expansive qualities of the super conscious state anytime you want.

It’s not a nothing, not a void.  It’s a positive, full something.

The experience transforms you from the inside out—to whatever degree you want.

And it’s simple.  The soul has to be simple.

Taught by me, Michael, a former monk.  I tested this on my friends for 15 years to be sure it would work for you.

No spiritual theater, just what works.

Have the inner experience that religion promised but forgot to deliver...

...without oddness, hooks, or word salads 🥗

The more in control of your thoughts,

the less stressed you’ll be.

Your thoughts have more impact 💥 than you realize.

Your mind-body connection is powerful.

You’re either using it to your advantage, or you feel like you’re out of control.

But this isn’t about “control” as in pushing away thoughts—that doesn’t work.

Infinite-based meditation takes over your mind-body connection without effort.

Counter-intuitively, this effortless kind of control resets you back to your natural state of being—where peace is signature quality.

The practical effect is your stress melts away and it feels like a great weight has lifted.
